I was recently having difficulties selling my home in the middle of the hottest real estate market in recent times. I fired my original real estate agents when I came to realize that the problem lay with them, and I needed to change direction. 

I then hired Laura Lindecker and Diane Lindecker who came highly recommended and sold the house in days.  

What made them stand out?

At the time of this sale, I was under peak pressure at work, and had little time to focus on this important process.  The Lindeckers kept all aspects of the sale going with great competence and attention to detail.  I could confidently trust them to monitor and address all critical aspects of the sale, including astute and effective negotiating skills during the final sale of the property, and emotional handholding when the stress of this critical event was conflicting with my job demands.  In fact, the stress of the sale evaporated once I retained the Lindeckers.

All the above praises are well deserved, but the ultimate test of an agent's quality is repeat business.

Since the sale went quickly, I was left in the position of having no new home to replace my previous residence.  I immediately hired the Lindeckers for a second round.  It is difficult to buy a home in the current competitive market of the San Francisco Bay Area.  Properties are selling well above the offering price with multiple bids.  The Lindeckers found a home that matched my desires, and helped me to bid high enough to be the winner.  Then they skillfully helped me negotiate the final price downwards by a substantial margin when issues were found previous to closing.  It is great to hire a home inspector, but it is even better if your realtor has a good eye for finding any issues before you purchase a new home. 

To sum it all up, I hired the Lindeckers twice.  I would do it again.  I would recommend and have recommended them to my best friends without hesitation, confident that the results will be positive.
